TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “FINANCE PART-PAYMENT” OPTION:

  • If your company fails or delays to pay any of the due weekly instalments, the contest advertising campaign will understandably be paused until payment is made.

  • You acknowledge that The Institute Of Wow is providing your company with the agreed quantity of Holiday Accommodation Vouchers as part of the Contest Leads Package.

    You’ll be receiving the total quantity of your Accommodation Vacation Vouchers upfront & your company is committing to paying the part-payments as set-out above.

  • Each weekly payment to The Institute Of Wow will be through Credit Card, via automatic deduction.

  • If your company fails to pay any of the due weekly instalments, ALL of your Vacation Accommodation Vouchers will be cancelled immediately.

    This means that any Vacation Vouchers already given to your customers or clients would be VOIDED in this circumstance, regardless of whether the customers or clients have actually already booked their hotel dates.

    You understand that The Institute Of Wow pays an international travel partner a License Fee per client & also has considerable set-up costs for each new client.

    And you appreciate that this Condition is in place to protect The Institute Of Wow from businesses failing to pay the relevant instalments.

    Your company has entered into this agreement in good faith & you appreciate the need to pay all instalments on the due dates.
